Issue

The MS KB5037016 patch installation initiates but fails to complete, leaving the Action status as "Running." Additionally, manual installation attempts also fail to complete.

DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /SCANHEALTH
DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /CHECKHEALTH
DISM /ONLINE /CLEANUP-IMAGE /RESTOREHEALTH
Sfc /Scannow  

Net Stop bits
Net Stop wuauserv
Net Stop appidsvc
Net Stop cryptsvc
Del %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution\*.*
Del %systemroot%\WindowsUpdate.log
Net Start bits
Net Start wuauserv
Net Start appidsvc
Net Start cryptsvc
